-- No wonder that nurse creeped me out. Also, this is just leading up to the part where they make a joke about the anal probing making them nuts, isn't it?

-- You know, it says a lot that when they go "crazy," Sam rages and Dean gets scared. Those two boys are burying so much shit.

-- Oh, Dean. That is so not the way to deal with this.

This. So much. They've done this theme a lot, the whole Sam bottles up, Dean acts out, but inside they're the opposite thing. But it's resonant, I think.

I thougfht they did the segue of Sam and Dean into crazy so well. And there was so much Samanddean goodness.

I liked that the doctor was actually a creation of Dean's mind...he wants someone to ask him how he is, how he copes.
