I haven't had Lipton's hot tea in months, nor have I had anything but Splenda in my tea in nearly as long.
But my mom's usual suggestion when I have a bad cold is soup and tea (and when she says tea, she means the Lipton's), so I decided to go for it so that hopefully my cold would die down and partly because I've only had chai all weekend. And I don't drink the Lipton's with anything but real white sugar.
EW. Well, that's one way to remind myself why I prefer the loose tea to the bagged.
... shame it seems to be working.
*makes face, keeps drinking*
EDIT: Also, I've been dying to make maple walnut scones all damn day and I don't have half of the ingredients. Nor will I be able to afford them until Friday. *sigh*
