In other news, there's still tons of fandoms left over to call dibs on at dead_earth. I'm tempted to give everyone who's already called a fandom an extra dibs, just because I'd love for this to be friggin' huge. Of course, that might just be me, who wants to call at least three more fandoms for myself. (Then again, they're nice, obscure fandoms, so it's not like there's a big rush to call dibs on them.)

And notice, I say all of this like I even have a timeline worked out yet, which I still have to start. I think I'm just going to make a list of places relevant to the fandoms, then a list of disasters from movies, and just kind of shake 'em up and see what comes out. *cackles* I'm so evil.

EDIT: You know, starting a natural-disaster apocalypse now seems appropriate, considering the hurricane season this year is on fuckin' crack. Sheesh.

Grins and has a few ideas about bgeginning incidents myself and even having the characters call the beginning event The Crisis, and work out a timeline from there.

I have some ideas I want to run by you, once you have the beginning event set. And heck, I even have a couple secondary fandoms to call dibs on for a story or two if it will be allowed. I already started two stories in my first dibs, Hulk. *Grins*

BTW I was re-watching Volcano yesterday, and you really, really need to do a Q&A review for it. Or at least come up with an explantion for Anne Heche's scarely sentinel-like abilities at the end.

Oh, and I now can't watch cheesey popcorn movies without hearing a magic-voice-esque umm... voice in my head.
