Was just going over my friends list, and suddenly realized that there is no way in Hell or any other postal code that Captain Jack Sparrow could possibly ever be gay enough for everyone. Not unless he was cloned. Or ran off with the monkey.

Not that I'm complaining, mind you. But I still find it amusing that Disney tried to clean up the historically accurate description of a nasty, pillaging, raping pirate to get a pirate who's fun for the whole family, and ended up with ... well, a pirate who's fun for the whole family.

"Oh, Billy! What are you and Captain Jack doing up there, sweetie?"

"We're playing Find the Doubloons, Momma!"

*sigh*

I think I need to get a less horny friends list. You're all completely trashing my innocence.

Or, you know, I could keep the horny friends list and just salivate like crazy over the pretty, pretty pirate as sort of a group thing.

It's not that he's not gay enough. It's that there isn't enough of him to go round. Disney accidentally gave us the gay pirate roberts. And I'm not complaining.
