You know, if there's one thing I like about living in a metropolitan area like this, it's the easy access to different kinds of food I wouldn't be able to get in rural Pennsylvania. Today I had Malaysian ... at least, mall-food-court Malaysian, which just seemed to be shrimp stir-fry. But it wasn't half-bad, which is a big compliment coming from me considering I've never been a big stir-fry fan. (I've still got tons of stuff I still haven't tried, like Greek and Indian and Korean and stuff. I should make a list or something. :))

Also, it's officially the part of the Amazing Race that I reach every season where I contemplate who I could ask to sign up with me for the next round of applications. *sigh* I really wish my brother were old enough. He'd go on TAR with me in a heartbeat.

I'm trying to convince my best buddy that he and I would make a good team. We're both seasoned travellers, and between us speak several languages, and can play the bitch card at a moment's notice.

I know I would have a blast with my brother as my team member, but you have to be 21, alas. I'd do it with my dad, but I'm not sure we would be as much fun to watch as me and my mom, 'cause our arguing would be vastly more amusing to watch. ;)
