Santa will be reading this post, boys and girls.

Go on, go wild with your Christmas wishes. Santa's wasted on one too many Smirnoffs and he's granting everything. :)

mmm....ti kuan yin...I love iron goddess oolong. After several brews, fish out the leaves and wrap fish or chicken in them and bake it, it is INCREDIBLE...

damn, I don't have any tea either, I ran out a few weeks ago :( I'm a die hard tea snob junkie, and oolong is my favorite, followed by a good ceylon or keemun.

Oh man. That's wild, that tea recipe. I never would have thought of that.

Do you wrap the whole thing in foil, too? Or just the leaves?

Now there is always, always tea in my house. ;) Mostly because I'm a spendthrift who does a lot of shopping on the internet.

Can you recommend a good place/company for ceylon? I am only just now getting into black teas; I've never even tried Keemun. :( Have you tried Yunnan black? It's beautiful, I got a "golden Yunnan" (all tips) sampler from Teaspring and it's very tasty.

I could talk about tea all day and frequently do, sorry. :-D

just the leaves, foil will impart a funky taste IMHO. YOu can tie with string, like a roast, to keep the leaves in place.
