Oh, crap. I just became that person who didn't know it was snowing until somebody else mentioned it on LJ. *headsmack*

EDIT: If anybody wants to see a clearer version of the Fantastic Four trailer, here it is. So far, I don't really have any misgivings. I mean, the Doctor Doom thing ... yeah. It's a stretch of the canon, but then again, they've stretched canon before in X-Men so that it'll fit the film, so I'm leaving it leeway until I actually see the movie. (Now? Can I see it now? Pleeeeeease?)

Well, it's snowing in DC. What makes it even more depressing is that the first person I saw on LJ who mentioned it was snowing lives in North Carolina. Which made me turn around excitedly, because I'm a dumbass who temporarily forgot geography.

The reason I'm excited is because I'm from PA, and normally by now I've seen at least a couple of blizzards and enough snow to make me tired of it. Here, it's January 19th, and this is the first real snow I've seen this winter. If only it would have done it on the weekend, I'd be perfectly thrilled.

I couldn't live without snow in the winter. I hate it when it gets cold, but I adore the snow. :)

Wouldn't it be nice if we'd have warm snow? Instead of frozen water we'd have crack! Wouldn't that be awesome? :)

I'd much prefer a snowy winter myself. It's all cold and rainy outside and what's the fun in that?

Don't worry. I saw your post and reflexively turned toward my own window, not bothering to think about the fact that you're in DC and I'm in Philly. It's not snowing here.

They said it might snow here later tonight. Presumably that's because you'll be sending your snow up our way. You know, you can keep it. :)

Hee. I wish I could keep it. At least, I wish I could hold onto it and save it for the weekend. Having it on a workday is nice, but having it to watch this weekend would be wonderful. :)
