Governor Jeb Bush seeks to take custody of Terri Schiavo.

I ... I ... I just ... *headdeskheaddeskheaddesk*

EDIT: And today's reason that I'm going to Hell is that in thinking about this development, all I can think is that "A crusading governor takes custody of a vegetative woman" is the worst sitcom idea ever.

The thing is, the responses that they're claiming she's capable of are the same sort of responses which that two-headed baby's extra head from a few months back was capable of before it was removed, because it had the same amount of brain as Terri Schiavo.

Really? Last I'd read, they didn't know if the second head had its own brain or not.

Unless you heard something more definitive, I think it's entirely possible the second head had more brain power than Terri Schiavo.
