EDIT: And today's reason that I'm going to Hell is that in thinking about this development, all I can think is that "A crusading governor takes custody of a vegetative woman" is the worst sitcom idea ever.

In regards to the Bush administration, there is really never a thing as too much snark :) Besides, it was well placed and intelligent snark, which of course is always good.
