The results of the Plan 9 poll amuse the hell out of me. So it looks like it'll be Volcano for next month, although I may try to get that one done by May first and then work on Terminator 3 for the rest of the month. And then in June, I can do The Day After. By the way, I'd like to state for the record that I like every movie on that poll in some stupid way or another. Sad, isn't it?

Also, the travel post answers were just so freaking cool. Seriously. Wow. I need to go more places to catch up. :)

EDIT: That right there? That is lovely.

I haven't believed in god in a long time, but I believe that that man, like the priest at the Catholic school I attended for five years, has a lot of personal faith in god. I'm always awed by the love and faith that truly religious people of any persuasion have for their god. It gives me hope for us humans.

Actually, I liked several of them also. The day after had some awesome special effects (not counting the wolves that some intern at Disney could do better on their first day between fetching coffee and donuts)

Actually, The Day After Tomorrow is the one you're talking about. The Day After is a cheesy early-80s TV movie about nuclear apocalypse. It's awful, the prime evidence that Steve Gutenberg is one of the leads.

OMG, you are so right. I did get them mixed up. I remember the Day After, they shoot the father at the farm and in the end all steve's hair falls out.. :dusting off brain:
Sorry about that
Volcano is the one with Pierce Brosnan, or Tommy Lee Jones? Now I'm all doubting myself lol.

Volcano is the one with Tommy Lee Jones, Dante's Peak is the one with Pierce Brosnan. And I own both. It's sad, really. ;)

Okay, good. I liked both. I guess I'm just attracted to cheesy movies.
