George Romero's Land of the Dead -- Yay, zombies!

The Greatest Game Ever Played -- It's a Disney movie about the 1913 US Open starring Shia LaBeouf. Yeah, I'm not sure I want to see it, either. (Of course, it'd be really nice if the trailer would play on my computer so I could judge that for certain. Stupid Apple.)

Save the Green Planet -- I just ... I just don't know. *mind boggles*

The Ninth Day -- I can just see some movie executive saying, "Could this trailer be slightly more forboding? Thanks!"

Wedding Crashers -- *headsmack*

Meanwhile, a boy found a snake in his cereal box. Hey, that's no fair. I never got toy surprises that cool before.

U.S. Can't Account for $100 Million Spent in Iraq -- *sigh*

Crusades movie walks tight religious tightrope -- I only post that link for the headline. Department of Redundancy Department, anyone?

EDIT: I just noticed that the two wankers from my [livejournal.com profile] mock_the_stupid post are married. I feel like I should report this to a wank community, but I just can't bring myself to do it.

I considered weighing in on the OMG FANFIC IS TEH SUXXORS bit, but decided against it. I prefer my stupid to be either of the religious or uber-feminist type, not the "I'm so much better than you that I can not only make sweeping generalizations about everything you do but also remain smugly convinced that I am right even when everyone else starts pointing out that I am not" type. They weary me.

This is gonna sound stupid: but I wanna know what happened to the little snake! Corn snakes make great pets. I hope it's okay and wasn't cut to pieces by the people who found it in the box. I love snakes and have kept them as pets in my youth, but I admit if I found an unidentified snake in a box of cereal, I'd probably have an hysterical attack and try to kill it. Or jump away from it and let it get away.

Hey, I once found a moth in a box of cereal. Can't remember what kind of cereal it was, but when I tore open the bag inside, a moth flew right out!
