Vampires are usually her passion, but Anne Rice is getting biblical in her next book, due out in November from publisher Random House. "Christ the Lord: Out of Egypt" will tell the story of Jesus' early years in his own words.

I can't remember the name of the trilogy, I guess you could call it 'the Beauty trilogy'? It's the fairytale of the Sleeping Beauty, twisted to make it a tale of smut and bondage. It includes het and gay pr0n served with the various seasonings mentionned before. ^^

On her website, Anne Rice says something like she's studying the way the mind evolves in a relation of dominance, master/slave (feel free to go check it, wouldn't want a debate about bad reported comments ^^;; ). Frankly, maybe I'm too smut-driven but the 'action' is too detailed for me to care at all for psychological thinking! XD

I first read the trilogy by borrowing them at the library (I was O__o;; there are this kind of books here?! I want more!!), then found them in english on the n3t (well only the first two, unfortunately... fumbles around her email box...) and then bought them here in french (but I really wanted to read the third in english too! >.< I wanted to read 'full-fledged' authors' smut!!!)

For the smut trilogy, you could have a p33k if you want (fumbles around her email box...*mumbles*what's*yours*)

The Beauty is female and she gets her share of the action (het smut), but she's surrounded by princes from various countries who are slaves like her and *do* get a large portion of the action (gay pr0n!!)

As for my icon, it's the manga 'Café Kichijouji', from the chibi omake at the end of each volume ^^

Who were you thinking of? (I love the art style and I'm willing to know anyone with a similar art style ^^)
