There are signs on the sides of the DC buses advertising UPN showing the Nationals games. The caption reads exactly like this:

Max Speed: 100 MPH
(The Fast Balls, not the bus dummy)

I've never wanted to deface public property so much in my life. *wince*

EDIT: Holy crap, that's a big fish. (Do I win any points for not making a 'holy carp' riff?)

No, I can't make it make sense. The comma would be easier.

My own common defacement temptation are the yellow caution signs that say, "Drive Slow." "-ly," dammit, "-ly."

Didn't you know? Fast Balls is a medical term. It's a complaint that mostly afflicts males between the ages of forty and fifty-five, but it's quite little-known because most sufferers are embarrassed to admit it.

Presumably they're having a publicity campaign. Rather like that big 'Let your doctor squeeze your balls' thing they had a while back for testicular cancer.
