Because after last night's Lost premiere, I needed an icon that pointed out every bad, annoying trait I share with Shannon. *snerk*
In any event, My reactions:
-- Jack killed Shannon's dad! Well, he didn't do anything to save him in any event. (That may have been the only point in the episode I didn't like Jack, though. This one really did a number on the things that annoy me most about Jack. Of course, the biggest problem -- that he's the hero and I always dislike the "hero" -- isn't going to change anytime soon.)
-- Did I mention that Hurley is my hero? Because, seriously, big man love right here. *would give Jorge a huge hug if he were here*
-- Also, Desmond is a creepy little fuck, but I like him so far. I mean, somebody had to be down there to turn on the light, right? ;)
-- I don't think it's a good sign that even though Walt never made it into the water, Shannon saw him soaking wet and spitting out water.
-- That song, whatever it was, was stuck in my head all night long. Thanks, Lost people, you evil bastards. ;P
-- I don't know about the rest of you, but I loved the entire episode and thought it did a lot to make up for that season finale last year. I'm still not perfectly happy with last season's end, but still.
-- I can't help but love an episode that ends with Kate missing. YAY!
-- Well, the episode didn't open with Charlie pouring the heroin into a syringe with a maniacal giggle, so that's nice.
-- Locke and Hurley had all the best lines this episode. Mmm-hmm.
Now, let's keep in mind that I've had no time to read anybody else's reactions, but ... yeah. Good episode.
Also watched Invasion. Not bad, and terribly creepy. At the same time, if that little girl got any more adorable, she would have imploded and turned into a pile of My Little Ponies.

(I'm catching up on your recaps, having now caught up on the first two eps of Lost.)
