I have been awake since yesterday at one in the afternoon and I'm not sleepy yet. GYAH. Stupid body. Go to bed, moron.

Oh, and we've finally achieved a dorky worktime nickname, this time for the coach I don't like. There's two coaches -- one who's awesome and then this annoyance -- and last night she managed to get me so flustered I screwed up twice as much as usual (everybody screws up in this stupid factory, so I don't feel quite so bad) and nearly burst into tears. And so, for the eerie resemblance, I dub thee Infant Mountain Troll. Because, really. Eyebrows -- there should be two. I'm just sayin'.

Last night, I spent an hour at work trying to come up with a theory about why the hell it only seems to rain on the island when people are about to get shot. I make cracks about it all the time, and it's probably just lame atmospheric shit, but then again, since everything else on this show has been theorized about, why doesn't that seem odd ...

... and then I remembered it rained when Boone and Locke found the hatch. So now I'm trying to wrap my brain around that and trying to remember other times it's rained off the top of my head. Bah. Stupid brain.

I taped Supernatural last night. Boy, Jensen Ackles kicking down a door is just a great metric monkeyload of sex, isn't it? And one of you will tell me when the Dean-and-Missouri-banter fic comes out, right? Right? Because those faces Dean was making were too fucking classic. :)

Also, this Sunday is that crappy Poseidon Adventure remake, and this time I will so make sure to tape the whole thing for recapping purposes. All of the recaps are fun as hell to write, but this one I'm going to love. *cackles and rubs hands together*

Oh, and I figure out what was wrong with the first chapter of Vampires of Vandling. Woohoo! Now I know how to fix it. :) (I'd go back to posting the word counts, but ... erm, I'm a wee bit embarrassed. So freakin' behind, I am. *sigh*)

1. OMG. Supernatural. OMG. As a lover of innovation and breaking stereotypes, it makes me feel kind of dirty, what with the 'damsel in distress of the week' and the Magical Black Woman, BUT OMG MISSOURI IS SO COOL I DIDN'T CARE. The writing/directing/acting is so spot on, it doesn't feel cliche. Also, Supernatural requires all caps for TEH HOTTNESS THAT IS THESE BROTHERS. Who are totally only brothers. See? Brothers.

1a. The thing? With the disposal drain? I couldn't watch.

1. *snickers* Oh, I know what you mean about feeling dirty, although I mostly feel dirty because I still have a crush on Jensen Ackles from when he used to be on Days and seeing him wibble, break down that door, and make those faces at Missouri made funny things happen in places I'm not supposed to talk about in public. YUM. (Oh, and Sam is hot, too, except for when he reminds me painfully of my little brother, in which case I feel less embarrassed about my Dean infatuation.)

And Missouri? WHEEE! She's fun. She needs to spook Dean right the fuck out and be all sweet and helpful to Sam some more.

And they're totally brothers even when they're making out.

1a. And that would be the opposite of me, who was distracted by something about that time, realized what was happening, yelped, "Ooo, ooo, ooo!", and couldn't tear my eyes away. Because I'm not morbid at ALL. ;)

2. Don't feel bad. I haven't even reached the halfway mark on Vampires of Vandling, but I figured out why I couldn't get that first chapter to go anywhere -- because Toby and Scarlett weren't it, and they've been in the first chapter both times so far. So now all I have to do is fix it. *crosses fingers that this will get me going*
