Just got back from my second time seeing LXG. You know what? After seeing both the Nautilus and the giant car once again, I think Captain Nemo's perfectly justified in some gross overcompensation. Dude, if everyone were confusing me with an itty bitty baby clownfish, I'd overcompensate my ass off.

I was flipping through the channels before and there was a rerun of "Step by Step" where Suzanne Somers was telling her son that she'd gotten a guy to come to his birthday party dressed as a pirate. And the little bastard had the nerve to protest.

Is it wrong that I was jumping up and down in front of the TV with my hand in the air, squeeing like crazy? Every time I think it is, I get a mental image of Captain Jack Sparrow showing up on my doorstep and my knees stage an anti-standing-up protest.
