Birth -- EW. Ew, ew, ew, ew, ew, ew, ew, EW. Okay, I'm done.

Blade Trinity -- You know, I didn't much like the first two because my Wesley Snipes hatred is fairly all-encompassing, and Jessica Biel is beyond annoying, but then again, Ryan Reynolds is awfully pretty when he's scruffy. I don't know if he's pretty enough to overcome Snipes and Biel, but whatever. *pets*

Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason -- I may be one of the few people who actually likes Renee Zellweger in movies, but this trailer has both Hugh Grant being smarmy and Colin Firth smiling in a very sexy way about his girlfriend's "wobbly bits". Mmmm, hot British men.

The newest Incredibles trailer -- Is it wrong that I keep thinking about Mr. Incredible going, "I don't like my job. I don't think I'm going to go anymore"? *giggles*

Flight of the Phoenix -- A plane crashes, and Dennis Quaid takes his shirt off. Well, really. What more do I need?

The Life Aquatic -- Because if you haven't seen the trailer already, go watch it. No, right now. Go. Shoo. Go on.

White Noise -- This trailer creeps me the fuck out. *shudders*

Saw -- And so does the trailer for this movie. And I'm going to go see both by myself, and flip out and cover my eyes and miss half the movie. *sigh*

In other news:

Current The Monsters of Minooka word count: 22,418 words
Chapters finished: 2

I should finish another one tonight, and hopefully pound out another chapter by tomorrow. I think signing up to write the book right after it for NaNoWriMo is probably going to get me to write faster, because I want to have as much of this one done as possible before November. (Especially considering that it'd help to know how this one turns out before I start The Walking Dead of Wilkes-Barre.)

So, I get the impression from everybody else that Kerry did very well at the debates, and Bush ... well, he was himself, like always. I'm not sure I would have watched even if I did have a TV, though, because while I want to stay informed and know what was said, I also can't stand to watch Bush lie, bullshit and stumble over his words. Here is the man who is supposed to be the prime example of a good American that we present to the world, and he can't get through a sentence without sounding like a fourth-grader trying to make a speech before the class about the social studies chapter he didn't read.

The worst part? A sick, deluded, obviously-a-glutton-for-punishment part of me is tempted to listen to the O'Reilly Factor to hear what that yahoo and his multitudes of slavering imbeciles have to say.
