So I'm taking my dinner break -- I'm having Easy Mac for Thanksgiving dinner! Yay! -- and I figured I'd call my family and say hello. My brother got on the phone, we started talking, and he was telling me about having to work the other night pushing carts in the parking lot at Wal-Mart in the pouring rain.

He said, "You know how people say, 'You must weigh 150 pounds soaking wet?' Well, last night, I weighed 155 pounds!"

It wasn't even that funny, but I died laughing. (Okay, back to writing ...)

Also, he bought ten LIVESTRONG bracelets and he's giving me one. My brother is so freaking awesome. :)

EDIT: Kermit's on NBC flailing right now. Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

A little early for dinner, no? We haven't even really begun the hors d'oeuvres (partly because the rest of the family isn't here yet, but that's beside the point).

We usually eat Thanksgiving dinner right about now -- when I called home, my brother was getting yelled at to go out to my parents's game room where everybody was having dinner.

Besides, I've got two and a half chapters done by now and I haven't eaten anything but Cheetos and Sprite since this morning. ;)
