All right, that's it. I'm sick of being one of a few people on my friends list and beyond who's hooked on Jake 2.0. I should not have to explain my superpowered geek obsession to everyone, damn it.

How stupid, annoying, selfish, and just flat-out bad is it that I'm a wee bit depressed I haven't made metaquotes in something like two weeks?

You know, when my brain decides it's depressed, it fixates on the stupidest shit on the planet to be depressed about. Like why that fish census wasn't larger, or how freaking long it takes to type without working G and H keys.

EDIT: And just to make me feel that much better, Scalia Ridicules Court's Gay Sex Ruling. Ahem ... The ruling, Scalia said, "held to be a constitutional right what had been a criminal offense at the time of the founding and for nearly 200 years thereafter."

What songs do you listen to when you write? Are there certain songs that you listen to when you have to write love scenes, fight scenes, humorous scenes, etc.?
